"Last year (2018) I bought a 120-year-old house with a questionable roof age. Justin and his boys came in between snow storms to make sure that we could finish our purchase. We asked for 100% water/ice shield and for new boards where appropriate. There was a huge rainstorm a month or two later and there was a bit of leaking around the chimney.
