"King Quality Construction is exactly what they are. Very professional. EASY TO WORK WITH AND KIND. Whenever we need additional work on our home that can be done by King Qaulity Construction, they will be called. This time it was replacing shingles and improper work done by the original roofer. They did the moss removal and gutters cleaning. We had neighbor next to us also checked if they had time to check their roof and get a bid on gutter replacements. I recommend giving them a call. "I asked Anthony to come back to redo a section of the driveway repair. I paid him for the work twice even though his contract said he guaranteed the work for several years. He came back and made it worse. For over a month he said he would come back and fix it, but his truck and equipment were not working. He then said he would send a guy out to put a temporary sealer on before the heavy rain came. He did not. I would not hire him again. He has said he would come back in the spring and redo it at his cost. If he does I'll write a new review. Don't hire this guy."

Communication was great all the way through, I really liked the text message updates. The crews were very polite, a pleasure to have around, I mean they all really were great! As a contractor in a previous life, I seem to pick things apart, or so I'm told, I tried but there really was nothing to pick apart. Price is always a concern but, this levels out as well and we really feel that the work performed coupled with the overall experience was well worth it. Patriot Roofing met and exceeded all of our expectations."

"Geo came and gave me an estimate on 3 porch post and a beam and sent a contract that defined what needed to be done. Talked to the subcontractors who weren't aware of the conditions or wheather they needed to install post brackets or any other procedures. The subcontractors talked to me about the need to replace concrete surrounding post and I told them, yes replace. Later I reazlized they hadn't neither caulked nor replace necesary concrete. From what I saw, they probably used the wrong type of post brackets for my particular situation. Somebody from Roof4Life needs to check and verify project is done correctly before they let subcontractors leave. They are the experts not me."

"Unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience having our house re-sided with Planet Builders. Things started out well, Marcio and crew are very friendly and easy to talk to, but what was originally quoted as a ?4 week project? became a 3 month project. After the first week, they would only appear after repeated texting asking when they were coming back - and then they would be there and work for a couple days and then disappear again. They started in April and by the time they were finished, we were told it was too late into fall to paint. :( Also, they replaced a couple windows as part of the siding job and did a lot of damage to the inside of the house that we had to have repaired. The siders also covered over our fully functioning attic fan! We could not figure out why our house was so hot- and my husband went outside and said where the vent for the attic?! (It was under the siding). I complained to Marcio about the delays and the damage and he gave me $500 back (from a $30k project). Marcio was so nice, I wish the construction experience had been nice too!"
