Workers left food scraps and containers in the yard. Underlayer board precision was fair. Did not replace the rotten siding under the main electrical panel; this was a decision of the primary contractor and not of Guy Brothers. Minimal cleanup after the project was finished."

They cleaned the work area before they left. They had to return a second day to apply a second paint coat but would not accept any payment until all work was done."

The only issues were very minor ( I am very picky about the little things!) and they were addressed promptly with no complaint. Their prices were competitive not the cheapest and not the most expensive. The workers were pleasant and attentive, the job was done on-time in spite of the weather and they were cautious to protect any areas exposed during the several storms that occurred during the process. I would have no issues hiring them of another job or recommending them to someone else."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !
