"I want to thank George for sending Anthony and his men to repair my house chimney and then bracing it to the foundation. These gentlemen were professional, courteous, and efficient; they also finished in a timely manner. Additionally, I want to thank George for taking the time explaining the details pertaining to this project. In closing, I would not hesitate to use the services of Platinum Pro Chimney should the need arise again."

"I would HIGHLY recommend Chimney Cricket. I thought the price quote was a bit high on the front end but when I actually saw how extensive the work was it was money well spent. Phil and Brooklyn showed up right on time, were very professional, worked for 8 hours straight with normal breaks and kept the area as clean as possible as they went. Phil told me he has been in this line of work since 1990 and it was obvious he knew his stuff. On the front end Peter and Ginger did a great job with the appointment setting and flexibility that was needed negotiating the contract. I had been using another fireplace company for 10 years who stopped returning calls. Glad I stumbled upon Chimney Cricket on Angie's List. All in all this company has my full endorsement."

"I had a sinking concrete entryway replaced. I love working with Disciple Masonry. They are all around absolute pros. The job was excellent, and the guys were knowledgeable and professional. The entryway looks fantastic. If you need masonry work, these are the only people to call. I have also had them do repointing on my stone and chimney. I wouldn’t consider working with anyone else!"

"Last summer, I had a complete bottom to top rebuild of my chimney. So going forward, I wanted to insure that I protect this investment for many years to come. After doing research on multiple companies, I hired Warrington Chimney & Fireplace because they had outstanding reviews on Angi and several other websites and because I wanted a company that could do thorough job cleaning my chimney, could do a level 1 or 2 inspection, and could provide a written report with photos after the service call. Previously, the chimney sweep company that used to clean my chimney only did one up and down sweep ... and was done cleaning the chimney in about 10 minutes. That said, I never felt like the prior company did thorough job. Warrington Chimney & Fireplace checked all of the requirements mentioned above. All of my questions were answered prior to the service call. The gentleman that serviced my chimney was Chris K. He was simply outstanding ... a really nice and friendly guy. Chris initially called me on the day of the appointment to advise me of his arrival time - he even called me a second time to advise that he would be a little bit later than expected due to unexpected heavy traffic. That gesture alone communicated to me that Chris/Warrington Chimney & Fireplace respects the time and schedule of their customers. Chris was at my home for over 2 hours. He took all of the proper steps to protect my home, got up onto the roof to inspect the chimney and cap area and did a very very thorough job cleaning my chimney. I was very pleased with the job he did. Therefore, as you no doubt anticipated, I highly recommend Warrington Chimney & Fireplace ... you will be provided with outstanding service at a fair price."

"Chimney was crumbling into its self.  My only concern was that he had to leave to go to a plumbing supply store to get a part that I felt should have been on the truck since he didn't mention it was unique and had to be purchased on a case by case basis.  That caused a delay in completing the work."
