"We obtained several opinions and quotes, and decided to go with Mark and his team because they provided several solutions for the issue: 1) Install pipe underground that connected our sump pump output to a pop-up at the bottom of the yard, so that water from the sump pump could no longer saturate the lawn 2) plant topsoil and grass, so that the water had a place to go instead of just washing the mud down the hill, and 3) redo the concrete step at the base of our walkway with a gradient so that water would no longer collect there. All three solutions worked. We have since had two storms and our walkway has remained puddle and mud-free. Furthermore, Mark was very professional. "Project went great from the start. Mr. Gray arrived on time. We showed him the trees we wanted cut and he pointed out some others that needed to be cut. He also advised us against cutting some we thought should be cut. We were concerned that they were too close to the house. He thought they looked healthy and posed no risk. We received the estimate the next business day as promised. The estimate was far less than many of the people who just drive by and stop and offer to cut the trees. We scheduled out for about 2 weeks. They arrived in the morning about 9 am and worked until about 5. There was a crew of about 10 people. They were professional and worked hard....and this was one of the hottest days with the heat index over 100! They cut the trees flush to the ground and chipped the wood on the spot. We have a large wooded lot, so we didn't need the wood hauled away. With coupons and because we had nothing hauled away, we got a 20% discount. We were pleased with the price and professionalism of the entire crew. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again."
