"Daniel provided a thorough assessment of the broken dishwasher and even a recommendation. He was very communicative and not pushy at all to try to get more work - he eventually recommended we purchase a new dishwasher as President's Day sales were coming up (as it would be too costly to repair the existing unit). Until then he put in a temporary fix. His office manager was always quick to reply by email or phone. The pricing was very good and I would gladly recommend D&M and use them again in the future."

"Determined that it was not the pump but possibly the control board. This will help us in determining if it is cost-effective to repair the dishwasher or buy a new one."

"I would definitely recommend for any appliance service very knowledgeable and did a great job repairing my gas oven"

"These are very nice people that responded promply and got the heat working before my wife even knew it was broken. The repair men were friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. Only issue was the price, seemed high, but i don't really know what repairs cost on average, so it may have been ok. Either way we are happy the heat is working properly, and no complaints from the wife. I would use them again."
