He did a very brief inspection and claimed to see droppings in various locations. Some locations were accurate, but he showed me a picture of an A/C unit with a lot of droppings in it, which I later checked, and did not see any in ours. I called to cancel, and surprise, there was a huge cancellation fee of $250, which the technician did not tell me about. He did tell me "you can cancel anytime" so not an outright lie, but he omitted the fee. The line about the fee is in the contract, but that isn't something you normally read when someone is handing you a tiny iPhone screen to sign with your finger. I should have looked at the contract more closely, but this is clearly a company with shady practices who encourage their technicians to lie by omission and hook prospective customers who just want to get pests and rodents out of their house."
