It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! "I added a dormer to our house, and part of the project was to replace the roof for the entire house. WR Construction replaced my neighbor's house last December, and I was astonished by their performance, so I asked them to provide a quote for our roof and the wood siding for the new dormer. Their price was very competitive and included all quality materials, so I awarded them the job. All materials and a dumpster arrive on a Wednesday. Thursday morning, William and 8 of his crew arrived and went to work. They covered the ground around the entire house and draped tarps from the roof edges to tarps on the ground, so the home and shrubs were protected from the debris sliding off the roof. The entire roof was stripped by 9 am. The debris was shoveled into wheelbarrows and loaded into the dumpster by 11. They installed new drip edges, water & ice, chimney flashing, and a water barrier. 5-6 nail guns install shingles for our 5000 SF house in about 5 hours. They even did our shed and the wood siding for the dormer. They were done cleaning up by 6 pm, and I was thrilled with their work. I HIGHLY recommend WR Construction!!!"
