They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. Not a big deal. But later, when it was determined that I needed some repair work on the system, they were difficult to reach. They took my number down wrong at first. But even after calling several additional times with my correct number, they still took several weeks to get back to me. I hired them because they market themselves as a full-service septic maintenance/repair/engineering company. I got the sense that they didn’t want to deal with me."

They conducted a survey of my line and determined that it was collapsing. I requested that they repair or replace the line, as this is part of my contract, but they denied my request for unclear reasons. I tried to explain that a line that frequently backs up due to collapses cannot function properly, but they seem deaf to my concerns."
