"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"A+++ Service!!! Dimitri was Fantastic. He was prompt, professional, friendly and all around great to work with. He replaced my old disposal with the new one within 30 minutes, explained to me the problem's with my old one, showed me the the worn parts from my old disposal to provide proof of the damaged appliance and the fact that there was a leak and did a thorough test of the new disposal to show that all work was done correctly and that there were NO leaks. "I called about 10:00 am and they had a service tech out by early afternoon. He ran into an additional problem at the connection inside the refrigerator, which he repaired as well. Professional from start to finish. Cleaned up his work area as you would expect. Very pleased. I will definitely call again when needed."

"Called on Monday and talked to them about what I needed done. They provided me with an approximate estimate over the phone. Estimated sounded reasonable so we scheduled a electrician for Tuesday between noon and 2pm. Electrician arrived on time and we discussed what I wanted done and where the exterior outlet was to be located. He said he needed to get materials for the job and disappeared for about an hour. He returned and completed the new circuit and loose kitchen outlets Tuesday afternoon. He walked me through all the work done and demonstrated the exterior outlet GFI and its use. Outlet location and how the 20amp cable was routed were done exactly how I requested. Please keep in mind that I called on Monday and work was completed on Tuesday. I was impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism...I will recommend this company to anyone who needs electricians...."

"Wouldn’t hire again. I doubt this water heater transition to tankless would pass inspection. Project took almost 2.5x the estimated time to complete among other related issues to not fully understanding the project. Thankfully it works so I hope to avoid Majestic in the future."
