He has able to look at a rats nest of wires, tell me how it had been miss-wired, fix it, and install two new new switches including a WiFi Wemo in 30 minutes. He also correctly diagnosed a wiring error the builder had made 19 years ago. He deserves my 5-star rating. The only issue I have is Mr. Value's charge of $267 for one hour of work. That is more than four times what I make as a senior SW developer for Dell."

We also discussed the problem I was having with a ceiling fan and he was able to do a quick fix on that while he was here. He gave suggestions for some future considerations without being pushy like some of the electrical companies I’ve dealt with in the past who pushed to make changes where changes weren’t needed (commission based companies). All is well in my house now and I’m at peace with my electricity.
