All the teams working were top quality, respectful professionals who renovated our basement. Titan added in a kitchen, full bathroom, flooring, electrical, lighting, all new plumbing including sump pump and slab cuts. In addition a new HVAC and tankless water heater were installed. The final product was above expectations and within budget. We have since hired Titan for an additional project."

Some items were included or I received a credit if I provided the item myself. The subcontractors cleaned up as they worked and protected our home.
