"They replaced our hot water tank with an A.O. Smith commercial grade hot water tank, which from a qualitative point of view, was excellent. Our hot water tank was ten years old. They are very competitive, very professional. We’ve used them four times. Their quality is excellent. The hot water tank they used, they weren’t cutting any corners. They were very punctual and they arrived when they said they would. We’ve had others that kind of show up on their own schedule. Their responsiveness was excellent. They tell you they will contact you within so many minutes, within the hour or whatever on the voicemail, when you leave a message with your name and number. Their punctuality is very good and their professionalism is very good."

"Gaston plumbing did an amazing job installing a water heater and kitchen faucet thanks so much. Quick service, super honest and price was right! Thanks!"

"It went great. Tim did a professional job on the faucets, etc. When he finished that job, he had the personal integrity to tell me I had time remaining on my deal purchase and was there anything else he could do. So he went out and drained the water heater to clean out any sledge in the bottom. I would certainly use Tim and his company for other plumbing issues that may come up."

"We bought an older home, built in 1955, which needed a lot of plumbing work done: replace and repair old drain lines, install a commode, remove an old expansion tank in the crawlspace, new waterline for the toilet, install a new water heater, etc. They did an excellent job making repairs and trouble-shooting problems that we were having with our plumbing. They are knowledgeable, great with customer service, arrive on time and follow through until the job is done. I would hire them again without hesitation."

"My experience could not be any better. Kelly Installations is top notch, I have several buildings and rentals and always call Kelly Installations"
