"I had really no issues with this company. The only complaint I guess I have is the professionalism. The individual that came out to measure was fantastic. He answered all my questions and even made a few suggestions to save me some money. The crew that came however is a different story. I specifically told the woman I talked to where the payment would be left since I wasn't able to be home which was inside my garage. My son left for work and locked the door as he always does when he leaves. Simple mistake. We'll the younger of the two men decided it was alright to have a mental breakdown about how they were gonna get f#$%ed over again and so on. This was before anyone reached out or knocked on the door. Luckily my wife was home to hear it all. I called her and asked her to go into the garage and give them the payment after the woman from the office called and let me know the situation.
