"Wowsers! If we had to summarize our flooring install it would be just that. Foundation Plus Services did a PHENOMENAL job on our floors. Our journey started last fall when I decided to take on our 1-room DIY flooring job. As we began researching the dos and donts of flooring installation we realized that this was a job meant for a professional. We visited all of the big box retail stores and even some smaller local mom and pops. While their flooring products are good, their installation prices were outrageous! As we began to narrow down our material choice we decided to go all-in and have our entire house installed with Luxury Vinyl Plank (1950sqft.) This consisted of removing the ceramic tiles in our wet areas & foyer and carpet. One inquiry on HomeAdvisor led to this amazing company. Israel & Madelyn took care of us from start to finish. NEVER at anytime did we feel pressured or rushed in our decision. Israel came out in October to measure our home to provide a solid estimate. My wife and I waffled back and forth rather or not this was something that we really wanted to do. Finally in March (yes 6 months later) we decided to pull the trigger. One call to Madelyn and we were off and running. We were told that our project would take a week to complete. The flooring crew arrived on the date and time as scheduled and immediately got to work. We did not want to take off work so we left the house to them all five days. Every day when we returned from work our project progressed significantly. The installers took great care of the furniture they moved and made sure we had a "livable" space to live in every night. We never worried about anything. The installers even recommended that we install an underlayment due to the poor quality of our foundation. I could go on and on about the great service that Israel and his team provided to us. "I used Perfect Choice Flooring to install my 700 SF of laminate flooring which I had purchased from Loweâ s. I originally planned to install the flooring myself but had gotten too busy at work. So, I decided to post the project. Late Friday February 8th about 3:30 PM I submitted my project and received a long list of installers. I picked three of the more experienced and highly rated installers to contact. Since Perfect Choice had the most ratings and the highest average rating; I naturally planned to call them first. But, before I could make the call my phone rang at 3:45 PM. It was Jonny Sibrian who is the President of Perfect Choice. Talk about Jonny on the spot! We discussed all aspects of the project, Perfect Choiceâ s services, how/what they did for an installation, underlayment, and costs. The best news was they could do it the next day starting Saturday between 8-9 AM; and I liked their emphasis on having highly skilled employees doing quality work. The price was fair, they emphasized installation quality, the underlayment was high quality, and the timing was perfect. What not to like? I cancelled the other calls. The crew of 4 arrived at 9 AM sharp, scoped out the installation area and transition points, asked me some questions, and then jumped right on removing the old flooring. I went to run an errand for 1-1/2 hours. When I returned they were half done; and rocking and rolling. No wasted effort with these guys. It was like poetry in motion. They were clearly an experienced team who had worked together for a long time. I walked around some checking out what had been installed thus far. I didnâ t find a single flaw and every fit was tight as a tick on a hog. They finished at noon. With the clean-up, inspection, paperwork, and payment completed; they were on their way by 12:30 PM. In 3 hours they removed all the old flooring and put in their two vans to haul away, installed the underlayment, installed the 700 SF of planks in two rooms, cut and installed the three transitions, cut and nailed quarter round along all baseboards, and cleaned up. It has been a week and I still havenâ t found a single flaw. The floor is solid as a rock, quiet as a church mouse, and looks great! Perfect Choice was the perfect decision! I highly recommend them!"

The charm of our old Key West Style cottage was the original flooring and we searched high and low to find a great guy, old school type repair service that is very hard to find.
