They measured and remeasured and took the time to make it right. The team that Chad sent over was personable, kind, and considerate. "I was concerned that I had mold on my basement walls.  Rich assured me that it was not mold on my basement walls.  However, he did find some mold on the wood on the ceiling.  But he told me that I could wash that off myself and he told me how to do it.  I have medical issues  and my husband is 70 years old.  We are going to try to do this ourselves.  But if we are physically unable to do it, we will most certainly use Rich and his team.  Rich seemed very knowledgeable and was very friendly.  He did not charge me for the assessment even though he took time out of his schedule to come to my house and assess my basement. <br />"

"They were very helpful on advising on specifications. In general, I found roofers specifying roof replacement the cheapest way possible rather than what is most cost effective long-term. Once, I got multiple contractors matching on specs, GF was clearly cost competitive, particularly given no subcontractor usage. Actual install was smooth except for two things. It took more time than they budgeted for, but they handled that well and didn't try to ask for extra payment. Second, they discovered that the backing of the house's original aluminum siding was rotten when they were installing new flashing. Understandably, they didn't want to put it back up as is (which I can appreciate). Thankfully, they were able to provide a cost effective answer regarding new siding, as I didn't want to have to big that out with everything already torn up."

"Had to wait two months due to the wide area of damage and number of people who had to have roofs. Roofers were quite busy this summer. But when they did show up they worked long and hard to get it done. Men showed up at 7 and worked some days till 8pm (with our permission). Very good crew and very professional except for overhearing occasional profanity. (Never when we were talking together.) Cleaned up and finished in less than 3 days. Price was, I thought, very competitive. I had an estimate on shingles that they actually beat with metal!! Would use them again but I hope I don't have to!"

"They did a magnificent job of installation and the clean-up was perfect. They removed the old roof quickly, made sure the roof boards were in good shape and put the new roof on in a little over 1 day. They were careful around my plants. We even were able to get some money back for bad shingles that were used on our old roof and the best part was they did all the paperwork!! When they came over to bid the job they were very professional, had a folder with all the information put together with different roofs in the area we could look at before we made our final decision. Decks/patio are the go to job but we also do windows, doors, siding, insulation, I also do a lot of other stuff, just call, text, or email and set up a time and I'll come check it out when I have the opportunity. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
