He responded quickly to emails, got me my quote within 48 hours, and did the work to the point and degree that it was as though they were doing it for their own family. The pricing offered was extremely fair without compromising on quality of workmanship and materials. The detail that they gave to completing the facia on my roof was unbelievable. They measured and remeasured and took the time to make it right. The team that Chad sent over was personable, kind, and considerate. When they weren't sure of something, they weren't afraid to ask questions for clarification and they just didn't bulldoze forward in the project without an answer. I am very pleased with this company and their professionalism and the quality of work, and I would recommend them to anybody looking for roofing, siding or construction needs. "It was such a pleasure dealing with them. I spoke with Rich who was very reassuring. He even texted back to me in the evening when I texted him in a moment of panic. He assigned Justin to my case who arrived even earlier than scheduled, He listened to me--at times I was a little hyper because I was so worried. Asked if he could remove tiles. Explained what he saw. Used a tool to measure moisture in various areas like ceiling, paneling, etc. Shared what he believed to be the issue. Cleaned up the moldy patch and sprayed a larger area to disinfect. Gave me instructions on how to manage and watch area to avoid mold in the future. Super professional. If I recall right I believe this is a company with vets and those willing to serve, but are unable. That appealed to me. They have had my back so I am happy to have theirs. God bless. "Had to wait two months due to the wide area of damage and number of people who had to have roofs. Roofers were quite busy this summer. But when they did show up they worked long and hard to get it done. Men showed up at 7 and worked some days till 8pm (with our permission). Very good crew and very professional except for overhearing occasional profanity. (Never when we were talking together.) Cleaned up and finished in less than 3 days. Price was, I thought, very competitive. I had an estimate on shingles that they actually beat with metal!! Would use them again but I hope I don't have to!"

"They did a magnificent job of installation and the clean-up was perfect. They removed the old roof quickly, made sure the roof boards were in good shape and put the new roof on in a little over 1 day. They were careful around my plants. We even were able to get some money back for bad shingles that were used on our old roof and the best part was they did all the paperwork!! When they came over to bid the job they were very professional, had a folder with all the information put together with different roofs in the area we could look at before we made our final decision. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof!!

Decks/patio are the go to job but we also do windows, doors, siding, insulation, I also do a lot of other stuff, just call, text, or email and set up a time and I'll come check it out when I have the opportunity. All forms of reaching out will be answered later in the day (4pm call back) if I'm really busy

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
