"My experience with Closest America has been 5 stars from beginning to end. From the design expert - who listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions, and didn't push me for something I didn't want - to the installers who actually SWEPT UP after the installation (there was some minor cutting that left a light amount of dust/debris on the floor, to the follow-up call the next day. My daughter absolutely LOVES her new closet which wasn't part of my initial inquiry and the design expert was able to create a closet that holds much more of her clothing than before. It's a very small guest bedroom size closet (about 4'w by 1.5'd by 8'h). I don't worry that the shelves in the pantry are going to collapse and cans sit on the smooth flat shelving unlike the wire racks that were in there before. My grocery shopping is much more efficient because I can easily see what I need as far as pantry goods unlike before. This was not cheap by any stretch of the imagination and an estimate that I received for a similar style from another company was cheaper. However, the design estimate was not exactly what I wanted for either the pantry or the daughter's closet, nor was the sales experience and I believe that often you get what you pay for. The installed product from Closet America makes me feel like I got every penny's worth and I and very happy I chose to do business with them."

"Project was removal of an old hardwood parquet floor over a slab. New install required a totally clean slab . Julius removed the old floor, a layer of mastic, then paper and finally the original glue that covered the area. His work, communication and attention to detail is outstanding. Hope to never have to do this type of demo ever again, but if needed, I'd call Julius again in a New York second."

"I am so pleased with my experience with this company. I had an ancient asphalt driveway that had completely broken down, and the floor of my garage was so bad that there were weeds growing inside! I looked at three companies and was most impressed with ARI -- plus it was the least expensive (and didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't want). They were punctual, professional, and very respectful of my property. (I have extensive gardens along the driveway. Somehow they were able to so the work without trimming or trampling on the plants.) They put a beautiful, subtle curve in the driveway so the gardens wouldn't be interfered with, and it added a wonderful, graceful touch that really softened the look.
Finally -- and most importantly -- the quality of the work was top-notch. My ex is a landscape architect who contracts out concrete work for playgrounds all the time where he works (P.G. Parks and Planning.) When I told him the amount and kind of materials they were using, he said it was even better than he would have required for residential use. He came by to see it the weekend after they finished and said they did an excellent job.
