"Milton Roofing Arrived on time, climbed the roof, found the area where the shingles where wind blown off, explained what had to be done, quoted me a reasonable price so i told him to fix it. It was late in the day so I assumed the work would be completed the following day. No he said it may rain, New shingles (matching !!!!) were installed, everything cleaned up. "I called and they said to not let anyone else touch the roof or it would void the warranty. They came and inspected the roof. The repairman (Juan) was very nice and polite. He saw that a large part of a ceiling was down and went onto the roof to inspect. He came back and said the roof was fine (another repairman had gone onto the roof and said that too!) so it must be coming from a side wall. I had someone repair the side wall. We agreed that it was not a roof problem and so I would pay for the inspection."

We are talking about a roof that is 1000's of square feet! The job was done within the allotted time. The clean-up was superb! The price was 17% below the closest bid price. This was not explained to me, I presumed they came factory-painted. Better communication with the client is needed."
