"In the past we’ve avoided getting into agreements or contracts with our home security providers but felt comfortable and confident doing so with Safe Streets. Their monitoring and surveillance centers are nationwide and open 24 hours. They made the process really easy and informed us of all the benefits by being under monitoring agreement. Told both of our neighbors about our experience and they plan to sign up too."

"Felt kind of bad for the installer on the day he came to set up our alarm package. He was clearly brand new, and struggled a bit to get everything working correctly. However, he called his manager a few times to help with troubleshooting and in the end all got done. Took longer than it should have, but the gentleman was extremely nice and apologetic. They threw in a couple of extra motion sensors for the basement to make up for the long visit. Extremely nice touch and customer service. Still giving 5 stars."

"Antonio was great. I had 2 ceiling fans installed on a 15 foot high pitched ceiling. The fans I purchased were meant for a ceiling with a much smaller pitch so they were not able hang straight as is. I thought I would have to wait and buy some additional hardware to complete the job but Antonio clearly communicated with me to show me why they wouldn’t work and talked me through a few ideas he wanted to try to make it work. It took a bit more time but in the end he was able to make some cuts and holes to the fans and they worked out great in the end. He saved me some time and money so I was happy to leave him with a tip. "

"Terrible customer service. They are all very nice at the beginning when they install your security system. Now after 4 years, I have called to report one of the cameras not working, they do not respond to your calls or emails. "
