"Excellent service... Very professional work ethic. I appreciated the garage door repaired on a Saturday. I could not close the garage door on Friday night, that was a very disturbing issue. Once again, we feel much safer. Thank you!"

"Derrick was not only professional but also a very warm and genuine person. I would highly recommend him for any garage door work. You will not be disappointed. Jim Walz."

"Alamo Garage Doors really care about their customers. Our door wouldn’t close properly, and they took the time to explain why and how to fix it. Everything was repaired on the spot, and it’s been working perfectly since."

"An appointment was made for between 1 and 5 PM. Was called at work at noon and told that if I wasn't home in 30 minutes, my work would have to be rescheduled for another day. I got home in time but garage door did not malfunction at first. The serviceman said he couldn't help me - that my account of the door starting down and then going back up was insufficient to determine what was wrong. Said he had checked everything and the door was operating properly. He tried the door one more time before leaving and it stopped part way down and then started back up. He replaced the capacitor and tested the door. Three weeks later, the door began having the same problem. I will hire someone else to fix it this time. I had this same company fix a problem with the door a year ago; that serviceman was very professional & identified the problem rapidly. I do not want this year's serviceman on my property again; I do not trust that he knew what he was talking about.

"Professional and prompt. Repaired my garage door after it had come off the track and cables cut in less than an hour"

"Sadly Chad was not able to repair either of the doors. It will take more than one person as they are industrial doors. It was a nice try."

"I had 4 other companies come over. They could not repair the garage door. They quoted me from $1200 to $3500. Over and Above fixed it for $75 with in an hour. Prompt service also. I called at 1 pm and they were there at 5pm."

"We had our garage door spring break on a Friday. American Home Shield couldn't get anyone to come out before the following week, so we inquired as to which Garage Door Companies would fix it as emergency, since my wife has medical conditions and needs to be able to travel. Of the two Garage Door Companies that are available 24 hours, A1 Garage Door Service LLC was the only one that could be there same evening. They got to our home to fix the broken spring so we could open the Garage around 8:00 pm."

"Excellent job. The garage door needed a replacement spring and he also installed new rollers."
