Due to the way the Control 4 switches were installed it took them a little longer than planned to get the new toggle switches installed, they only charged me the original quote. They suggested the new hardware we needed, acquired most of it for us (we got the new TV ourselves), installed all the stereo stuff, using our existing speakers, which saved us quite a bit of money, wired and mounted one new TV and moved two others around to different locations. They ran into some [not unexpected] networking issues and they worked on them until they figured out how to fix them and stayed until they got them fixed. They also spent quite some time training us on the new Control 4 system and how it can be used to control both music and TV in four different locations in the house. "Purchased and had installed a Luba 2 robotic mower from Mammotion through Autmow. Installation was excellent. (No wires, rather Realtime Kinetics). Kyle, who installed the unit from Autmow, was patient and explained items to my satisfaction during the install. Unit works fantastically. I spent the last few times of mowing getting myself more in tune with the app and capabilities of the mower. I try to buy and support local small business as often as possible. (In this case service, if required, should be faster and more thorough than through Mammotion directly.) Now, at 79, I hope both the mower and I last into my mid - eighties. "Gunner Roofing We used Gunner to replace shingles. They told us that if we upgraded the skylight to one that is solar powered we would get a tax credit of 30% of the entire job, a savings of over $2000. We weren't planning to replace the skylight but the numbers made sense. When we filed our taxes for that year we learned that the skylight they used did NOT qualify for the tax credit. They mislead us to spending an extra $2,500 on the job. When I called to complain I left a message but no one ever returned my call. This is after they didn't do a good job on the roof and it took them months to come back and fix the leaks they caused. STAY AWAY!! Show less"
