"Jeff was great. We had two other roofing companies make repairs on a leak, and it was not fixed by them. When Jeff came out, he was able to spot a possible problem area right away. The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas. "Due to either the popularity of the package or the busy nature of the summer season, there was a 2-week delay in getting my repairs scheduled. Once the date was scheduled, the repair was delayed further another week or so due to rain. Once the repair team did arrive, they were very polite, friendly and professional, and finished quickly. They repaired and replaced just exactly what I had asked them to fix, and the fence looks good.
