"Caliente Water had a plumber available within hours of my Angi request. They sent Rudy, who arrived promptly and listened as I explained the issue and what other plumbers had said. It was a simple clogged bathroom sink, but Rudy was professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. He diagnosed the problem quickly and offered a fair price—less than half of what Champion Home Service quoted me, even with my Shield membership and their 10% discount! That was eye-opening. It made me realize how some "big" companies lose touch with customers and inflate prices once they grow. I’m ready to move on. Rudy explained each step as he worked, and true to his word, the sink was unclogged. Quick, clean, and effective. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Caliente Water for honest and quality plumbing service!"

"They got started on my project at about 11:30 AM and after part of the day, the one tech left and the remaining tech didn't finish until after 8PM. They should have started the day first thing with a major job like the one completed. The work was very very professional and hopefully corrected our A/C issues. I was happy with the result."

"Adrian and Melissa were great. We are located in Germany and they did everything possible to meet our needs and take care of our home. Adrian was very thorough and explained our options clearly. We had repairs done twice before over the past 8 years with foundation repairs and just age but with the extent of the issues this time needed complete honesty and that's what Adrian gave us. With all the information and the options he gave us plenty of time without pressure or persuasion. Once we were ready they kept us informed throughout the job through emails and pictures. We will definitely continue to call on them for any future needs.

"I am a widow and a little ignorant on some home repairs. My house was built in the late 1950's or 60's. The outside is half brick and siding. I was watering my lawn one evening when I noticed that a portion of my brick wall was wet leaving a small puddle of water on the ground ( my bathroom shower is on the other side). I panicked. I did not know any plumbers and I'm afraid of being taken advantage off, so I joined Angie's List.I found Medina's Best Plumbing which is not far from my house. He was very professional and he explained the pausable causes of the leak, one being that he might have to break into the concrert floor, which would have been a very costly repair. The leaks were located between the walls of the shower so he did have to make a hole in the wall to repair 2 leaks . I had my bathroom remodeled about 3 years ago so that was one of my main concerns. He installed a larged decorative cover plate to cover the hole and my shower looks like new again. He did do a beautiful job. I am very satisfied with the work done. I also had my outside faucets leaking and those were replaced. My water pressure was too high and that was taken care of also. I would recommend Medina"s Best Plumbing ."
