"<p>     John and his crew cleaned and sealed the grout in our home.  There was approximately 920 sf of tile floors, plus two walk in showers and the surrounding area of two other tub/showers combos.</p> <p>     I had gotten a quote about two years ago, but did not have the work done at that time.  With seven people in our home, the grout in the floor in the kitchen and entry and dining areas really showed the wear and tear.<br /> <br />     Surprisingly enough, the cost wasn't that much more two years later although there was that much more that needed to be deep cleaned before the grout could be sealed.<br /> <br />     John was very responsive when I contacted him and was able to work us in at a time that was convenient to our schedule and they completed the work in one day.<br /> <br />     The floors look amazing!  The grout is so bright and looks brand new.<br /> <br />     We are very pleased with their work and definitely recommend their work.<br /> <br /><br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"Wonderful experience with Lone Star Tile & Grout for grout cleaning and sealing services. Mark the owner did the job himself. He arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule, did a walk through for accurate measurement of square footage, and provided a cost-free demonstration as advertised. Additionally, I wanted to stay under budget and initially chose not to clean behind our couch, but Mark told me he would do it for no additional cost since he was already at the house. He was also polite, courteous, and exceptionally professional. He also educated me on how some of our grout had been replaced by a previous owner & was a different shade, something which I would never have noticed had I not done the cleaning. Our tiles look fabulous and the grout looks brand new! Always enjoy supporting & using a local company and would highly recommend."

"The installation was performed as promised atn the price that was initially quoted. The installers did an exceptional job. They traced out a grid on the floors and laid the tile with great precision. You can see the grout lines run across the floor and up the various steps & stair case as straight as an arrow. <br />"

"Art arrived on time at 8:00 AM. Even though my air conditioner had broken down earlier in the week, Art still moved my living room furniture and did a great job of cleaning the carpets in the living room, the spare bedroom, and the master bedroom. Then he put the living room furniture back. The carpet in the living room was filthy, and it looks great now. Thanks, Art!!! "Really good. Arrived just about right on time. Did great job of cleaning, especially on the floor part of the shower. Caulked the perimeter of the floor with a light colored caulk, so it did not match the brown grout that was there. It does look good, so that is not a problem. When I went behind him to reseal the grout, I found a couple of places where the grout had deteriorated that I had to fill in with caulking material. It was only a few minutes extra work for me, but I had to go the store to purchase color-matched caulk."

"Service man arrived at end of window. Cleaning appeared to be well done--carpets are clean. However service man was very aggressive with his machine and when carpets dried, they were stretched with large folds in main rooms. SS rep inspected and said that was normal (although it has never happened before with SS or other cleaners in this house). SS refused to try to stretch carpet or take any responsibility."

"AWESOME! We have several dogs and cats, and carpet throughout the house. Earlier this year, our beloved dog Millie (she passed away in May) became incontinent and had several accidents throughout the house during early spring. Despite old stains and smells, Steam Master Cleaning was able to get the carpets almost back to new! We have used this company over the last two years to clean both tile in the kitchen, and marble in the entrance way. Bryan and Austin did an outstanding job today (12/19/16). They advised us on which options would be best while at the same time economical. (Was told a large wool rug with latex backing might be tough to completely clean, so I'm going to wait and decide later what to do, but I appreciated the honesty. Thank you, guys!) When they work, this local small business takes extra time to build a VERY PERSONABLE company-customer relationship which some national brand corporations don't. When I asked for an estimate to re-seal the marble again (house full of animals, remember?), they knew my history with them, and that made me feel like a valued client instead of just another job. Definitely recommend."

"They did a phenomenal job on installing laminate flooring and tile throughout house. Attention to detail was remarkable. Workers very friendly and respectful. Did take longer than expected but some factors were due to size of home and my availability but I was also not in a hurry to get it done. Have already referred them to friends and family.
