Update on my review: After 3 years and pursuing legal action against Mr. Dupre, at Lehigh Patio Rooms, being granted a judgement in January 2025 and awarded my deposit plus all court fees I have yet to receive any money from Lehigh Patio Rooms. Early January I Called Mr.Dupre to give him a chance to make things right and pay the money awarded to me by court judgement. Mr. Dupre appeared (appeared) to feel regret for what he had put me through the last 3 years. That didn?t last long as his regret was follow by him expressing his apologies but then followed by what many would consider a Quid pro quo( which I questioned) that he was more than willing to pay me the money owed to me as long as I was willing to remove the bad reviews that I had posted here and other places. I agreed to remove the reviews as I wanted an end to this. Mr. Dupre. No payment has been made. "

Even after things stopped working I called them back and no one came out or contacted me to fix it. My window frames and baseboards were installed improperly as well as my electrical. My flooring is lifting and new stairs installed weren’t even nailed in properly, my husband nearly broke his hip on the stairs. I wish I could take it all back and never would’ve trust them."
