"We recently expanded a deck, added a patio cover, and are putting a hot tub underneath this second floor deck. There was a concrete patio below the existing deck and we wanted to match that, w/ reinforcement for a hot tub. We got a couple bids for the job. Danny was the estimator that came out for Forest and he seemed knowledgeable and was punctual and professional. It was not the cheapest bid, but the company is much more well established than a couple others we consulted so I put more trust in their work. Rigo is the guy we needed to work with on scheduling etc. for concrete work. This was a little rocky at first, but that had a lot to do with us needing to postpone the start till our deck was done, but then also work around a vacation we'd be taking, and make sure the concrete had enough time to cure before our hot tub is dropped. Despite a slight language barrier, we worked it out and even managed to get it done ahead of when we originally scheduled it. Punctuality is impressive with these guys. For 3 days they were waiting outside our house to start at 7:30am precisely. They had to remove a portion of fence and work around some foliage for access. They ended up encountering an unexpected drainage tube of some kind while digging and made sure to create an access point for us if it's ever needed in the future. The concrete looks great and matches our old patio so well, it's hard to tell they weren't poured together. Danny and I (and later Rigo) discussed treating the old concrete to help the matching. At the end of the work they did a great job of cleaning up the area and returning everything to normal. Rigo also helped us by showing us how to remove the fence portion for when our hot tub is delivered and left the top cap off because he said we'd really struggle to get it off if they put it back. I'm happy with the work, communication, and cleanup and trust if there are any problems I will be able to get them resolved. If we have further landscape needs in the future I will def be calling Forest for a bid."

"Only sorry I can just give 5 stars!!!! We just had a new fence installed with Cascade. I had a problem area with my backyard sloping and the fence going with it on one end and the rest was 25 years old. I contacted Cascade and it was an amazing experience from first to last. They set up a comprehensive estimate with several options (including a solution to my sloping problem) from a 3 minute video I took and my address! Then I had 2 in-person visits from Lukas and Avin to make sure the project was exactly what I wanted. We set a date and the installers Darren and Aaron arrived bright and early. They were the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. Whenever I had a question about the project, they were always ready to take a moment and make sure I understood what was happening. The final product is stunning and my fence is the best one in the neighborhood with quality materials and excellent installation. EVERYTHING from the estimate, to the install, and even the billing process (shout out to Charlyn for assisting me when my bank denied my payment [bank’s fault]) has been easy and professionally done.
