"After running the cleaning cycle on my oven, the convection fan came on and wouldn't turn off. An error code started flashing and beeping. I called R and C that day around 4pm. A very sweet receptionist took my information, and scheduled the service call. They ordered the part the next morning and came to replace the temperature sensor three days after I called. The technician was extremely friendly and finished the job in less than 10 minutes! They guaranteed that if the sensor didn't fix the problem or it recurred, they would come back and fix the issue without charging for a second service call. The service call was $75, which seemed quite fair. Much cheaper than getting a new range! The man also gave me some requested advice on replacing the new stove in the future. It's a tricky one because it has downdraft ventilation rather than a hood. <br />"

"Excellent Another plumber came & did nothing to fix the problem & did nothing but walk around & look at pipes, close 1 vent under house & told us problem should be corrected in a couple of hrs, charged a service call of $140. Said plumber if this did not work concrete would have to be busted up problem would be under concrete driveway. Not at all true. Call Gladden & problem was fixed in a couple of hours."
