After getting all the quotes, our final decision came down to Pella 250 vinyl or Simonton from MasterPiece Windows. The Simonton windows were much better quality and the price was better. George was great and low pressure. The install team was also great. We only had two issues: One window was left off our original order and had to be installed later. Also, their shop vac broke during the install so they weren't able to clean up quite as well. They were very apologetic and swept up as well as they could. Even with these small issues would not hesitate to use Masterpiece Windows again."

They contacted our insurance company, filed all the necessary paperwork, met with the adjustor and then completed the work. We were shown several samples but they were not exactly what we wanted. They kept finding samples for us to view until we found one we liked. They never rushed us, or pressured us in anyway. They were very responsive to our needs and treated us with up most respect and professionalism. The crew was very professional and efficient. They worked tirelessly without stopping, took great care with our house, lawn and landscaping.
