He could have told me that it was termites and I don't have a lot of experience with the little buggers. He showed me at the base of my palm tree what the entrance to tunnels look like. Then I was shown a queen that came out of the hole when he sprayed. That one was near my house. So I ended up getting the weed control, termite treatment, and pest control.
