"Matt & Matt make an efficient team. Matt found the raccoon damage immediately and using a thermal camera determined that the area was empty. Using the thermal camera, he did a complete search for other possible nesting locations. A trap was installed by the entrance to the area for 5 straight nights and then he returned with an estimate to repair the animal damage as well as other attempted animal entry points. Matt and his crew repaired all of the damage in a very professional manner; no loud music or foul language. They cleaned up the damaged materials and left the yard better than when they arrived. I would have no hesitation to call Nature Boy again or to recommend them to family and friends."

"After catching a raccoon in my attic, I discovered I had 3 baby raccoons. I called Mr. Coleman after reading his company's reviews. He was able to come out right away, in 30 minutes. He went right to work with his partner, Demetrius, and in an hour was able to lure the babies from their hiding spot. After that, they looked for the entry point. It was in an unlikely place, the chimney. The next day, they came back with a spark arrestor for my chimney and had it installed in less than an hour. This was to block any more animals from getting in the house. Mr. Coleman and Demetrius were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and had positive attitudes. They took care of my problem faster than I ever could. I don't want another raccoon in my house, but if I get one, or if anyone I know gets one, I'm going to recommend Allco Inc."

"While investigating some rotting window casements, I found ant like insects under some aluminum flashing. <br /> I don't know much about insects, but feared the worst. "When I had my house waterproofed this month, one of the workers discovered wasps were going through the bottom opening of my casement windows in the bedrooms, etc. After opening the windows and checking the tracks under the windows, we could see where wasps had been making nests and depositing their eggs inside the tracks (disgusting). <br /> My girlfriend Kay has used Lady Bug Exterminators for many years now and she suggested that, since the owner Pat was coming to her house this afternoon, I should call and see if Pat could come over to check out my wasp problem. I called Pat and she said she had some time available since she was still at my friend's house and would be at my house in about five minutes (fabulous). She checked over the house, made suggestions as to how to solve my problem, and said since she had some extra time right then, she would do the job immediately. I was thrilled!! "Hired General Pest Control because of ratings on Angie's List and a special was being offered. They were very responsive at first and when they showed up for the first (spring) application we had just experienced a big storm so they said it was too wet but that they would return as soon as it dried-up. Well, I had to call them back a couple of weeks later and accept a re-scheduled appointment a week after that...didn't make me feel like they were organized or cared about my business. They did the work and the personnel on-site were courteous and professional. I think the price was fair for the service provided. That's why I gave them fair to good ratings and would consider giving them another chance. My only complaint was the scheduling...felt like we were allowed to slip through the cracks, so if I used them again I would try to make sure it didn't happen again. <br />"

"While someone did come over when scheduled and set traps, and squirrels were caught, it took days after calling to have them removed for someone to get rid of the animals. Traps were set again just in case, and no more squirrels for a few days, and no evidence of them. However, the siding removed and hole made to set traps sat there for a few more weeks - took a couple more calls to get them to finally complete the job, and then only after reminding them who we were and what we needed. For what was done we were charged $498. That seems a little high for the service that kept us waiting so long with exposed wood and traps."
