It was time for me to shop around for a new pest control company as my old one kept raising my rates and changing my service technician. After using Angie's list and contacting only A rated companies, I easily selected Metro Pest. When I called and inquired about their services, co-owner, Michael, was extremely professional, explained all their processes and took my concerns very seriously. His follow up has been exceptional. On the day of my first service treatment, the technician, Mike, was fantastic. He was courteous, polite and extremely professional. As I gave him a tour of my home and explained areas where in the past I had had a bug or ant problem, he made a note to always double check these areas. As he treated, the inside and outside, he was very thorough and checked all plumbing and "weep" holes to make sure I had no further problems. The biggest surprise was when he came down from my attic and told me that while I had no pest problems up there, I did have a problem with my air conditioner and that there was water in the overflow pan. He took me over the my unit outside and showed me the excess run-off. I called the AC company and thankfully my problem got fixed. Mike saved my hundreds of dollars in AC and ceiling repairs that would have occurred without him pointing out the problem. He didn't have to go the extra mile, but he did it and I could tell it was just his normal way. But for me, it made me realize how much extra I was getting from this small business that truly puts their customers and their homes first. I highly recommend that others check them out. "Safe Pro Pest Control came out to install an automated mosquito spray unit in out yard. The work that was done installing the lines and misters was amazing. "Omega Animal Removal - did not remedy the situation for which they have been paid. In Sep. 2020, we paid $2500 to Omega Animal Removal to remove squirrels that had broken into our attic. In Nov. 2020, I noticed squirrels had re-entered the attic, so I contacted Omega Animal Removal. Over the span of 4 weeks, I called and texted 5 times without ever receiving a reply. In Dec. 2020, I called the office and they dispatched a tech to my house. He remembered working on the house and agreed that the recent re-entry and damage was aggressive and needed repair. We made an appointment for his return the following week to remove the squirrels and make the repairs. He was a no-show on the appointed date. In Jan. 2021 I called the office again asking why the tech missed the appointment. I still have not received a reply from the tech or the office. I selected Omega Animal Removal based upon positive reviews and their 'lifetime' guarantee. I paid top dollar and yet my rodent problem has not been resolved and I can't get anyone at Omega Animal Removal to address and remedy the situation for which they have been paid. UPDATE 1/23/2021 - Good News- I did hear back from Omega Animal, one day after my posting here. They apologized and dispatched a guy to remedy the hole. I appreciate them taking care of this as advertised. I change their grade from an F to an A. I support them 100% ."

"Wow, am I happy I called Tom Samples Pest Control! After years of purchasing expensive treatments and maintenance packages with another local company -- and getting poor results -- I had just about given up! But Dennis came out and took care of the carpenter ants in one visit! He was very meticulous about finding possible ant colonies, treated the eaves, and went into the attic. There was no massive "overspray" (like the other company) and he wasn't gone in 20 minutes! He stayed until the work was done, which took awhile, but I was SO glad he was so careful! "Marcus came and checked the possible access points of squirrels around my house. He placed a one-way door at the soffit hole and sealed another access point with sheet metal. He returned 13 days later to remove the one-way door and sealed the soffit hole with metal after the squirrels in the attic were all gone. . He then painted the metal with matching color of the rest of the soffit. His work is professional and the price is very reasonable. He did not propose to do unnecessary work like some other wildlife control companies to get 7 to 8 more times money. I highly recommend this company if you have wildlife problem at your house."
