"These guys are great! For the most part the regular service covers everything we need. I like that they only come every other month. Their communication is outstanding. We did have a bit of a bug problem a few years back due to the excessive rains and flooding which caused bugs to move into our house. I took pictures of the lingering pests and they were able to take care of the problem immediately. We also had a single scorpion come into our house and they had a technician out the very same day to spray the inside of our home. They are a great company to work with. "We call Beebe's Pest Service a few times a year for preventative maintenance.  Yesterday, Harrison came by to spray our home.  When It came time to pay for services rendered we informed him that we were Angie's list members and Bebee's provides a coupon for members.  The coupon states

The reason for a D grade for professionalism (they did not have an integrity button) is this... Nowhere on the online coupon does it state that it is for one use ever, or, for first time users only.  Surprise!! IT IS.  Isn't that false advertisement?  Harrison informed us that this was not the first time this had happened, but Bebee's could/would not honor the coupon even though we showed him the coupon online.  I unexpectedly received a phone call from a Bebee's representative this morning to assure  we understood that we were not getting that 10% Angies list discount.  Though I understand that 10% may sound petty to some, now a-days every dollar counts, and for $8.50 Beebe's lost our business.

He was able to come out the same day and do a spray throughout my entire house and yard. Communication was superb, he was very upfront and honest about the cost which I appreciated!
