"The ground hogs refused to cooperate by entering the traps. We spend a good bit of money to catch 2 ground hogs and 1 forlorn raccoon. This is not the fault of Complete Pest Solutions but I found myself wishing the price had been per trapped animal rather than per day. Or perhaps a lower per day charge for any 24 hours with no critter caught. It hurts to spend a couple hundred bucks just to decorate your yard with steel cages."

"Bill & his son came to our home to help us with a problem we were having w/bees in the house..in mid-November, in Pittsburgh. It is absolutely worth noting that they do a free inspection. I spoke w/several other companies that charged over $100 just to come out to the house. We were able to show them a dead bee & they immediately knew that they were "German YellowJackets." I asked how they knew that they were German Yellow Jackets, "do they listen to Wagner?" Hahaha They were professional & explained what they were going to do & what we could expect in the following days. We have 4 kitties & a chihuahua so it was paramount that they would not be affected by the treatment, as well as the humans. They also advised us of the time period that would be covered by the initial treatment cost should they need to return. We could not have been more pleased with these gentlemen from start to finish. I hope the "German Yellow Jackets" have gone the way of "Der Fuhrer", but If they make a return we will be calling Pearce Pest Control....they are super!!"
