They jumped on our roof and the attic, which is completely different from our other inspections from other pest control companies. we’ve had two other inspections done, and no one else went on our roof. One didn’t even go into our attic. The technicians, Marco and Kevin, were fantastic. They did an amazing job getting the raccoons out and sealing the entry points to make sure they weren’t coming back. "<p>I was told that I had a very active termite infection and that they would need to remove my carpet and tiles inside the house in order to deliver the poison necessary to kill the termites.  They pointed out all of the areas where there was evidence of termites. They pointed out more areas than the other pest exterminators had pointed out.  I was very stressed by this information and hired them right away.  They arrived a few days later and the men who did the actual work said that they would not need to remove my carpet or my tiles.  They did their work and accidently hit a water pipe used for my drip irrigation.  They came out several times after that to repair the damage.  They also told me that they would be out after 30 days to inspect for termite damage, but I have not seen them.</p> <p>My impression is that they charge much more than most of the others.  They use fear tactics.  I wonder if the 18 Sentricon stations were necessary.  From my own inspections, they did get rid of my termites.</p> <p>I will continue using them for 5 years because of the terms of the warranty and I will have to pay them the $349 fee every year.</p> <br />"

"When we contacted Animal Experts they responded within 2 days, bringing half a dozen traps out and setting them up around the property. Within 2 days we caught our first skunk. When I called Jeff came out within a couple of hours and took the skunk away (relocating it many miles away in a remote area.). The next day we caught two skunks. This time Marc came and removed the two and reset two new traps. Over the next several weeks we caught a total of eight skunks (as well as a ringtail which we released in a vacant lot down the street since they are beneficial in keeping the rodent population down and don't destroy your plants.) <br />"

"Ascary Armenta is the person to call if you are having a pest problem. He is very thorough in his inspection and explains everything you need to know about getting rid of pests (roof rats). He had helped us a couple of years ago, and took care of the problem then. We called this time because we had seen a dead rat. Fortunately, he let us know we had no incidence or problem with roof rats. We are very pleased with his timely and efficient service. I highly recommend Ascary if you are having any pest problem."
