"The three men repaired the leak.  I have not had to have similar work done before, so I don't know how to evaluate the overall quality of the work.  The water leak was solved.  However, there were several things that I did not like about how the workman did the work.  I guess they thought they had me at a weak point, because they did a hard sell to get me to buy a premium plumbing inspection package that they claimed would qualify me for lower price on parts (I do not know whether they did in fact give me the lower price that they promised because the invoice was difficult to read.  To do the bypass of the broken pipe, the workmen had to cut four holes in the drywall.  The holes they cut seemed rougher (and thus more difficult and costly for me to get repaired) than would have been necessary.  One hole needed to be cut in the drywall behind my almost new water heater.  They pressured me into buying a new water heater, saying that it would cost the same to install a new water heater as to putting the existing water heater back after completing the bypass.  I don't think that was actually true.  During the two days that the men were working to bypass the broken pipe, a nice compact pump that I had to inflate my auto tires disappeared from the counter top where I had it stored near my back door.  Also, to test that the bypass had solved the leak, one of the men poured water from a bottle he had been drinking out of into my water line.  That was an unsanitary and I felt disrespectful act. <br />"

"We needed to relocate a gas mainline and meter to allow for us to build a pool in our yard. This project required work to be completed by both SW Gas (Responsible for the mainline running through our back yard and the meter) and a plumber who could re-plumb our interior gas line to hook up to the new meter location. This was no simple task. Coordinating between SW Gas, their third-party contractor, our plumber, and the City of Tempe for permits and inspections seemed like a recipe for a construction nightmare. Let me say thank goodness for Phend Plumbing! I'm so glad I was working with Phend through this process. First, Mike was a fantastic plumber to work with. He was always punctual, very professional, and passionate about his work. Because of the complexity of the job, I ended up contacting the office a few dozen times. Both Myka and Laurel (Sorry if I'm spelling your names wrong) were fantastic to work with! They were super friendly and always quick to act whenever an issue came up. To say there were no issues with the job would be a lie. There were TONS of problems, and they were always caused by the City of Tempe, SW Gas, or their contractor. Thankfully, we had Phend to solve the issues. Oh, and anyone wondering about price. Here is the best part! Because of the size of the project, we obtained three bids. Phend was the most professional bid and provided us with the best rate. I don't typically write reviews, but Phend went so far beyond my expectations it would be negligent for me not to. Phend will be my go-to plumber, and I strongly encourage anyone seeking a plumber to reach out to them for a bid. You won't be disappointed!"

"I called Matt at Mountain Park and got an estimate for all of the work. The guys called and asked if they could come by early, which was fine with me. Jake and Fabien arrived right on time and split up to get the various valves changed. They were friendly, knowledgable and knocked the tasks out in very good time. The only issue I had was that the new hose bib developed a slow drip at the pipe fitting. I called Matt and he had one of his guys swing by the following morning and fix it right up while I was out at an appointment. I appreciate this company's attention to customer service. I'll definitely use them again."

"Kerry arived 2 hours later, at the appointed time. He changed out a couple of flex lines so that it sould be easy to disconnect and reconnect in the future, if necessary. "Donna & Cory came to me thru Angie's list. I chose them because of the number of reviews they had received. We had an emergency - flood in the bathroom, mold, water damage - everything. After insurance arrived we had to gut the bathroom. When Donna came around to scope out the job, she exuded confidence as well as an understanding of how to go about the job from start to finish. When Cory started with the demolishing I could see the care he was taking for our personal belongings, especially carting the trash outside. Each day they ended the workplace was cleaned up. Immediately he started the tiling, I could see his skills and attention to detail were extraordinary. They gave us a time frame and finished on that day. Donna does her fair share of the painting, cleanup and other chores to help Cory. As is with all remodeling projects, there are issues that crop up that are not in the contract, or I changed my mind. This was never an issue with them. I always felt they were doing the job for me, and not just finish and move on. There were 3 times when they had to come back to adjust some minor items, these were all done on time without a hassle. Most importantly, whilst they were on my job site, they concentrated on my job. They did not spread themselves thin with other commitments. I always felt I was #1. When purchasing tiles, paint, baseboard, drywall, etc for the project, Donna purchased enough for my job. A minimal amount left over or returned. For 160sq ft of tile, I have 4sq ft left over, half a gallon of paint and some grout. That's it! My wife and I are super pleased with the end result. Turned out exactly as we had planned. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. A pleasure to work with."
