Hi every body, this is Oscar and I know the quality of work I can do for you. I have maintenance experience from different companies. My work is about painting, some flooring, drywall repairs, appliances troubleshooting, gutters and roof cleaning, downspout, dryer vent cleaning and general cleaning services at home. Anything I can help let me know. I speak English, Spanish, and Italian if it’s needed.

He was everything you want in someone working on your home: excellent communication, reasonable cost, high quality work, prompt, dependable, friendly, neat, cleans up after each day of work, very detail-oriented, and just a really nice guy. He re-screened our 3-season porch, replaced all the exterior wood facings on the porch, hung a new and much improved door on same porch, replaced about 12 feet of cedar privacy fence, and power washed the full exterior of our house. There is no question that we will call Oscar again when we need work done. If you’re looking for a talented handyman, look no further; just call Oscar. "

We are recognized for our strong emphasis on energy efficient and sustainable designs, and a commonsense approach to home performance and green building techniques. TDS is a full-service design-build contractor that employees 15 community members and has been in business since 1985.

"TDS provided excellent quality and service from start to finish. They removed the old brick chimney that was between the kitchen and dining room, and they did such an excellent job containing the demo debris that I didn’t even have to dust after! They also protected our existing flooring very well. You also can’t even see the patching on the ceiling. And at the end of the job, the PM let us know of a couple other issues he spotted in the attic (replacing vents) but didn’t pressure us in any way to sign them on for another project. I highly recommend them!"
