Having obtained several estimates, we decided to use Bill given the positive reviews and very competitive estimate he submitted for the remodel. Bill was very professional and helpful throughout the project. He provided very good ideas on the type of tile we should use for the shower, lighting, and how best to utilize the space. Bill also provided assistance throughout the project by picking up needed materials and returning any unused materials we had purchased on our own. During the work, Bill would keep the work areas clean whenever he would leave. Bill's quality of work and attention to detail is top notch. Bill did not rush through his work and wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with all aspects of the remodel. Bill's work exceeded our expectations and we are extremely happy with how the bathroom remodel looks. One final note, we have had a number of other contractors out to provide estimates on work that Bill does not perform (e.g., glass shower enclosures). Based on his recommendations, he also expertly crafted matching “cabinet-like” doors to match the cabinets purchased. He incorporated this look around my free standing area that encompassed my walled-in downdraft stove which was previously covered in tile. He also designed my pantry door to my existing pantry area that matched the purchased cabinets. He saved me several thousands of dollars in lieu of purchasing new pantry cabinetry that would have required reconfiguration of the wall. "The flooring install came out very nice. Very level with almost no lippage. We decided to spend more for the leveling system which was worth the cost. Gregory was there when he said he would be and finished on time. Cleanup was good but we did have to de-haze after. There were a few small items we wanted to correct when he comes back to do the shower but do not detract from the overall job. We are happy with the outcome and plan to hire again for the shower."

"We wouldn’t consider using anyone else. The buck stops with Frank; he supervises the work himself and came to rectify minor issues that we had after the work was done. He prides himself on his work and satisfied customers are his ultimate goal. He's very laid back and a calming and cheerful presence in the midst of the upheaval a new roof inevitably entails. An example of his going above and beyond: we thought there was some leakage into a house and Frank came down specifically to check it out. Before we arrived to meet him (it was my mother’s house) he got up on the roof and blew out the gutters for us. It turned out rain was blowing in through a gable vent and Frank offered to have a hood fabricated and shipped to us for us to install. Who else would have taken the trouble to rectify a problem not of his making? We recommend him without reservation."
