"5+ STAR SERVICE!!! Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! The unit was installed in under 4 hours and my house began cooling instantly. WHAT a difference this unit makes and we are super impressed with how quite it is. We are THRILLED! "I wanted to install 2 mini-split Air Conditioners in my home. One in my garage and one in my bedroom. I interviewed a few companies and went with Rair LLC. They listen to my ideas, advised the pros and cons of my ideas and then gave me their opinions. After I advised where I wanted both A/C units installed, they came up with a designed plan to implement the custom installation. Rair LLC, showed up on time and worked non-stop until the units were installed. They showed me how to use the AC units and made sure I understood it by demonstrating what they had just showed me. They professionally cleaned up the areas of work and replaced all furniture back to their proper locations. I have been hiring a lot of contractors to do work in my house and Rair LLC, are definitely professional and outstanding compared to all other companies. The price was very reasonable. Carl, his son, Bryan, and employee, Jeff are professional and very well educated in their field of air conditioning as well as all around handymen. I highly recommend this company for any air/heating work you need. They have been a blessing for my husband and I . Carl helped us with a leak ( caused by air conditioning leak from previous company), that caused a lot of damage to the walls, carpet, and molding. We had a lot of mold, mildew, and a real mess. Carl ran tests for mildew and gave us a detailed list of repair costs to give to our insurance company, and did all the work needed.
