Gary's team removed the old shingles, replaced some sheathing, replaced the vapor barrier and installed a 40yr metal roof. They hauled away they old roofing and did a very good job cleaning up the worksite. He provided a 1st class roof that will last a very long time. House - Gary inspected and repaired a couple of flashing issues on my house. He was very meticulous on his repairs and they look great. Appear to be working after a couple of moderate (but long) rain events. I recommend Gary and his company Vanguard Roofing. I will use him again - I feel he provides quality work at a reasonable price."
