"We truly experienced an excellent wood floor refinishing job with Sheaves Flooring from start to finish. Jeff and his staff know their business. Jeff visited our home to explain how his services work and had a quote to us very quickly and very professionally. We decided to hire Sheaves flooring because of the dustless factor and because of the experence, knowlege and skills that were portrayed. We were not disappointed at all during the entire planning and the entire job. We were placed on the schedule, which was strictly adhered to so we were able to plan ahead efficiently. Anytime we had a question, a reply was immediate. The job started on time and by the end of the first day our old original 1960's wood floors were transformed from totally unappealling, worn in spots and ground in dirty (no matter the efforts to keep them clean) to a smooth beautiful wood...all completely dustless as promised. After the floors were sealed, 3 coats of finish applied and new molding installed by Sheaves, we definitely feel as if we have a new, very clean home. "I cannot say enough about the friendly and <br /> professional service provided by Angela and her crew.  This was a difficult move, for a number of reasons, and I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience.  Angela was very responsive, even on a Sunday that was her son's first birthday.  She agreed to meet me earlier than the scheduled time on the day of the move so that I could make sure she understood what we wanted and did not want to be moved, and was patient with my folks when they got the dates of the move mixed up.  Angela and her crew were also willing to move things back OUT of the cottage and return them to the Glenmore house when my folks realized they did not have room for everything.  Lastly, Angela agreed to move my folks washer and dryer out of their house, to my house, and dispose of my old washer and dryer!  The stress relief of having someone smile while they do all this work for you was just amazing. "I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
