"Overall pleased with the outcome one and product. It was a large patio pour with colored and stamped concrete. Within two days they came out and had plans drawn up with what we wanted. Very nice customer service. The biggest issue we had was that they tore out the old deck 2.5 months before starting to frame and pour the patio which left us without a back door. They did give us a refund on the back end to help compensate. They were very considerate on cleaning up the yard of mud, debris, and trash. Overall, great end state."

"In preparation for gutter guards I needed to have the exterior surface of my gutters cleaned.  Simply Glass was able to get to me quickly and I didn't need to be home.  The estimator came by the house the day after I made contact for the first time.
I will say that the cleaning solution has a 'bleach' property and when it dripped on my garage floor apron and blacktop driveway it left white dots where it bleached those surfaces.  Also, my sliding glass doors on the back of the house were streaked with the solution.  I had just had those cleaned so......
Nothing is perfect but they made it as easy for me as possible and they did a good job.
