"We were also able to pay for private in kennel trainings for our dog to prepare him before training classes started and First Friends was great. He was already showing less anxiety around other dogs after just a couple training sessions.  The staff and trainers are all very nice and great with the animals. They are very patient during training and demonstrated the lessons multiple times over and over as needed. Even the most stubborn dogs are doing great and behaving nicely in class. We have one final class/graduation and are very pleased with the results over the past 7 weeks.   Every week the trainers went over many key things the dog should learn and we used in class time to practice what was learned from the prior week.  Each week requires practice homework with the dog regularly each day multiple times a day.  The practice paid off because our dog was doing better each week for training and continued getting better and better.  We now know the appropriate commands (vocal and hand signals) to give when we want a certain behavior or when we need to stop a behavior.  I highly recommend First Friends. <br />"

"I woke up Saturday morning to the undeniable sounds of an animal in my attic space. I called Critter Control before their hours were open and left a message. They returned my call promptly and were able to send out an inspector the next day. They called before arrival to confirm appointment and were on time (no small task since there is a lot of road closures in our area right now!). Floyd was great. He did his inspection, took pictures of problem areas, confirmed that the animal had made its way out (all of this in the rain too). His assessment of our house was the same as ours. He quickly came up with a plan to prevent critters from taking up residence in our home. He didn't nickel-and-dime us, he gave advice that was logical and practical to our situation. He accepted our coupon from Angie's list and honored it. He prepared an invoice on the spot and emailed it to me before he even left our house. The very next day, the office called to schedule our preventative repairs. They were very prompt. In fact, they were able to do our repairs the next day. "Dave was our service technician.  He was extremely courteous and took time to explain the process and what we could expect.   Dave said if we do not see a change after 7 days (give it 7 days to work) to please call their office.  He  seemed confident in their product and certain we will be pleased with the results.  Dave was very knowledgeable and my husband and I both were pleased with the time he took to explain how the treatment works etc.   It was very interesting and helped us to understand the struggle we have with teeny tiny ants about every two years.  Living on a slab home is one issue we didn't realize would make a difference in the struggle with ants.  This is the first home out of 6 homes we have owned through the years that was built on a slab also first home we have struggled with the tiny tiny ants :).   <br> <br>Our daughter has used Gold Seal Termite and Pest Control and was very satisfied.
