"Our installers Raphael and Verushka were absolutely amazing. Hard working very lovely people who know exactly what they are doing. They get a 10++. Chris that came out with them was also a very nice person. On our frosted shower doors I give nothing. I am so upset with them I don't have words. You see them from the side view walking into my small bathroom and all I see is green. I was told that is how they come and cannot replace them unless we come up with over $1000.00 for clear. (sorry but can't imagine how they could cost that much just for doors only. They have to come back out anyway because you guys packed the wrong shower handles). You should train your salesmen to let people know that frosted glass on shower doors have that awful green hue and at a sideview it will be apparent. If looking at them straight in they wouldn't be bad but sideways they are awful. I am so upset after finally saving enough in our retirement to get this shower that it looks like that."

"The gutters got cleaned. Leaf Filters were installed on the gutter. I am waiting to see if the filters actually worked. There were two issues. The first is that the installer did not show for the orginal appointment. I had to call customer service to reschedule the appointment. The second issue is that two items in my garage were stolen. The items were a toilet auger and a day pack. The day pack contained "essential items" for hiking that I have had for at least 30 years. Essential means items like a compass, emergency blanket, first aid etc. plus a monocular. It will cost around $250.00 to replace."

"Work done on time, efficiently, cleanly, with constant updates on what they were doing , used best quality materials they could find. We changed our orders a bit after they started because this shower was for an elderly person and they graciously accommodated us. by making the change at no additional charge to us. They spent more time outside of the installation just finding special items we wanted so everything matched our shower install. They are very nice people to work with! And extremely accommodating. As you know bath installers are a dime a dozen and you bnever are sure who you will get that will do the best job for you. WE FOUND THE BEST! THEY EVEN GUARANTEE THEIR WORK FOR LIFE ON THE REMODEL. "Ken Bennett went over all the details with me and provided a contract helping me decide what type of shower would work in our bathroom.  His brother Kent came and removed all the old shower and cleaned up after.  He then came to install the base of the shower.  After that another worker, James came to install the tile and grout on the walls. He also cleaned up after.  Then the grab bars and sliding bar for the faucet was installed by Rick.  I want to say all the workers were very professional and answered all my questions.  I neglected to ask for a new faucet for the shower but Ken was willing to do that for us and even came out on a Saturday to finish up.  I really appreciated the extra effort.   They also did a very good job of cleaning up after and I now have a safe and beautiful shower in our master bath.
