"I have been A do-it-yourself guy forever but with the aging process in effect I have decided to seek some help in home repairs. My on-line research for some masonry work resulted in a few calls in which Talo's Masonry (John) was the only one that left a message. Communication, punctuality, thoroughness, friendliness and quality are a few things that stand out. John and his crew have increased the curb appeal of my residence and I couldn't be happier."

"My husband and I were beyond pleased with the work that Michael Hull from SVL LLC and his crew did for us at our home. We initially had ideas of what we thought we were looking for. He was able to create a space that not only looks absolutely amazing to the eye, but kept within our price point. The patio and walkway was created and has made life easier for our parents to get around when they come to visit. My father-in-law walks with a walker and he walks over with ease.
Michael is very creative and uses his talents to make a beautiful space. We were also so happy with the quality of the stone received. Michael put in sod in our backyard surrounding the patio and put in plants and bushes. As we sit on our patio we can't believe what a gorgeous space we now have and can't even remember what it looked like before Michael came in. Feel free to reach out to us. We would be happy to show you our new outside living space.
If you need a patio, walkway, landscaping, sod, leaf removal, etc. he's your guy!"

General handy man happy to help with all interior or exterior repairs/ replacements. Well versed in all landscaping and hardscaping at an affordable price

"I talked with several contractors regarding a flooding basement problem, and received a wide range of contradicting proposals from sump pumps to new interior footer drains to various exterior solutions.  I chose M&M because their proposal was straightforward, along the lines of what made the most sense to me.  M&M's price was comparable to some other drainage and landscape companies, and significantly lower than one of the older companies.  Anthony from M&M answered my questions directly, and included additional work such as grading of the property in the quoted price as well as things I'd forgotten to mention, "sure, no problem."  He guaranteed the workmanship and offered sound advice, i.e., not to include a sump pump at this point since the outside work would likely solve the problem.
While $4000 might seem high for  2 days work, the operation was substantial and impressive, as were the skills of the crew.  They worked hard and efficiently - excellent work ethic.  They did everything as promised, plus took out an old shrub (with permission) in order to create a better drain route, and leveled an odd hump in the yard that indirectly effected drainage. Everything was cleaned up and finished with topsoil and grass seed.  They returned on a later date to address an issue with a walkway slab, no problem.  We are happy with the results.  For the first time since living here, the basement hasn't flooded during heavy rains.  Our drainage issues seem to be solved - money well spent.

"The only landscaper to exceed expectations that I have ever hired."

"Went great, they Installed a brand new insulated door on my cape. Super responsive even after the install and 100% stands behind his work! I was having an issue with the lock on my door due to a manufacturing error (No fault of his) I called him up and the next day he was at my house installing a new functional lock on my door. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent work!! Ken was on time, and the repairs were done quickly!!He removed and installed a new outlet for my clothes dryer and he rewired the switch for my kitchen ceiling fan. I will definitely hire him again for any other electrical work that I need done."
