"Michael arrived on time, spent a few minutes surveying the situation, then set to work. He got door #1 open fairly quickly. Door #2 was a bit more recalcitrant, but yielded eventually.
I was impressed by a couple of things. First: Michael knew what to do. He said he has been repairing sliding doors for years, and was confident he could get mine working again.
Second: While Michael was worried that he might have to remove the doors and the surrounding molding, he tried the simple approach first -- and it worked. So no invasive surgery was needed.
Third: Michael did the complete job. Once the doors were open, he carefully adjusted them to slide easily and seat firmly.
All of which took one hour and cost me $158. Michael, thank you very much!"
