"Better and Better! We’ve had our HydroTech irrigation system for almost a year now and our lawn and landscaping have never looked better. It’s simple (and actually enjoyable, especially compared with dragging hoses around) to turn the system on and off based upon the amount of rain each week. Problem areas near driveway corners are doing well, and the gentle spray provided by the sprinklers installed by our flowers has keep them looking their best. The HydroTech team has provided expert “turn on” and “turn off” service. In the spring, they were happy to tweak spay patterns to cover a few new plantings as well as a bit more coverage at the edge of our property. And we continue to admire the heavy-duty irrigation system piping and conduit – far more substantial than do-it-yourself solutions we’d investigated. We also discovered another HydroTech benefit several months after installation. When we leave our home for a trip, we turn off the main water valve in the basement to assure a copper pipe “pinhole leak” (we’ve already had one) or other malady doesn’t cause a mess in our absence. HydroTech, unlike the other sprinkler company we’d investigated, taps into our water supply near the street. This tough-to-install approach done at no extra charge permits us to run our sprinklers when away and still guard against an unmonitored water leak in our home. Brilliant! Great job HydroTech!"

"The company is disorganized. For the first couple of weeks after booking their services, they kept showing up to the wrong property for lawn services. I had to constantly monitor the workers because they would move things in the yard, blocking my gate from opening. They would sometimes show up within days of each service. They damaged my neighbors wild flowers and made excuses when I asked them to refund or replace them! The workers are not knowledgeable about plants or lawns; they just show up and cut no latter of the lawn needs it or not. The last time they came, I had no growth on my lawn and they came to try and cut anyway. Even after texting the company, she still tried to charge me for the cut when it wasn’t needed and I had also reported it right when they got to my property. Very unprofessional company. Too much effort to monitor their work. Would not recommend."

"Remy Landscaping is responsive when I have questions in relation to my services. They do come weekly unless it's a holiday and/or it storms. They do clean the yard after trimming which saves me the headache of mowing and collecting grass."

The vendor did a great job.  It was about 100 degrees on the day of installation and my corner house gets very strong morning sun.  They men worked continuously without complaint.  The services were performed neatly and efficiently without much disruption to my grass.  They cleaned up all dirt and ground disruptions after the first day's work so that my home looked neat during the 2 day installation. 

Mr. Ramos described the entire installation process and patiently answered all of my many questions.  He was also  more than willing to accommodate my schedule when performing services. I was very pleased with the service delivery and my interactions with Mr. Ramos and his crew and, of course, the end result. The Vendor even returned a few days later to check on how the system was functioning  and to install a rain sensor (a pleasant surprise that I did not know was included.) to detect when it was raining to avoid the unnecessary use of water.

I highly recommend AA Irrigation to anyone seeking the installation of a lawn sprinkler system.  It has only been a few weeks and my lawn is a beautiful and healthy deep green.

We weren't home when the service was provided, so can only judge by what we saw when we got home.  They definitely ran an aerator over the lawn, the cores were visible as expected.  I can't say that I was impressed with the number or consistent spacing of the holes, but that could be because of the shape of our lawn/hills. 

What I was disappointed with was the "overseeding."  Some of our yard has thick, plush grass, so I wouldn't expect to be able to see much of the seed.  We do have several bare and thin patches (part of why we bought this service!) and there was very little seed in those areas, and the seed that was viseable was very inconsistently spread.

We were due rain that night, so I spread more seed myself to take advantage of the aeration.  I did contact Greenbird, and they went back and forth with me a few times.  They did offer to come and spread more seed, but since I'd already done that, there wasn't much point.  They didn't offer to reduce my price (given the $80 bag of seed I bought) or otherwise accomidate me.

Needless to say, more than a month later there is no evidence of any impact of having these services done.
