"Visited two other major garage door suppliers in the St Louis area and decided Edelen had the door that my wife and I liked best in appearance.  Price was competitive. <br /> Work was done in a very professional manner. <br /> Edelen was very concerned with my total satisfaction.  One door section had a cosmetic ding on the inside from shipping.  The installer noticed the damage and without discussion noted on his worksheet that the section need to be re-ordered and replaced.  We also had another section that had a paint chip from shipping on the outside, and Edelen will replace that section as well rather than touch it up (the door has a beautiful wood-grain stenciling on the outside rather than a solid color).  I would have expected a touch-up approach. <br /> Overall, I am happily surprised at Edelen's concern for quality. <br />"
