"The team that was sent smelled of weed, first thing I noticed. The work was done quickly, so that was good, but they didn't get an in process inspection and instead sent over an inspector more than a month after the work was done. The dirt that was displaced is just all over my yard now, and I have a bunch of big holes where they didn't pack any dirt. The company offered to fill them but I never heard back after that offer. As part of the work, they dug around the chimney, and it appears they caused it to break. They claim no damage was done, but I'm finding many pieces of concrete and brick strewn over my yard."

Besides that, while these two jokers were here (and we weren't) our neighbor told us that they were arguing and throwing chunks of concrete at each other. We also found that rather than haul the old chimney pieces away they hid them in the brush beside our lawn. Also, forget about a warrantee. That is B.S."

"Went well up front. Careful of there ten year guarantee. Had them come so we could finish our bathroom in our basement. We Finished our basement after they finished their work. Five years later the leak reappeared in the exact spot it was when we first contacted them. When we called to tell them about the leak, they told us we have to rip apart our 8K bathroom to prove them it was their work. The leak was in the same spot when they originally came out. Because of this I would not recommend them. The rip out and the replacement is on our dime. I think the guarantee is very Limited."
