"Very high pressure sales. They were more interested in getting it done quickly than the quality of the installation. The aluminum trim around the windows looks good but they did not replace all of the old wood underneath I requested. They would put it over anything. They did not bother to brush off the sills before covering them or remove saw dust. Many of them were cut too small because they assumed all trim was the same size. They had to redo most of them and they didn’t do the bottom corner’s correctly even though I explained to them how they should be done. When they didn’t want to do something they acted like they didn’t understand me."

She also followed up by email to see if we had any questions and was very transparent on the extra cost of having to replace some of the decking. Will definitely use them again in the future if need be!"

They also touched up other trim work around the house and painted everything to match my existing trim. They really did a great job. The workmanship was great, the follow - up and customer services was superior. I will definitely use them again They really are the best company I’ve dealt with in years!
