"Very professional company. Had a leak in my dining room and I called them for an estimate for a roof repair. They came out the same day I call them, installed a tarp on my roof to stop the leak. They worked with my insurance company and in a matter of days, I received approval from my insurance. From that point on, it was smooth experience. The contractor said the price was higher because his workers would need to use extra safety gear due to the steep pitch of my roof. We picked a tile from Floor and Decor and set out to find a contractor. The first contractor, highly recommended on Angi, came in and proposed an installation that would have cost over $6,000. That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice. He then did an outstanding installation."
